WORKFLOW FOR HOTEL JOBS IN TURKIYE

1. Submission of CV:

   • Candidates must submit their CV, including personal details, educational background, and work experience.

2. Screening Process:

   • CVs will be screened for eligibility.

3. Online Interview:

   • Selected candidates will be contacted to schedule an online interview via Zoom.
   • The interview will be conducted in English by a representative from Turkiye.

4. Post-Interview Process (If the candidate passes the interview):

   • Medical Checkup:
     • PT in Malang will assist candidates with a medical checkup at a registered facility.
     • Candidates must cover the cost of the checkup.
     • Failure to pass the medical checkup disqualifies the candidate from proceeding further.
   • VISA Fee Payment:
     • Candidates must transfer IDR 3,500,000 for VISA processing costs.
     • Payment should be made directly to the PT Jakarta account.
   • ID Disnaker Documents Submission:
     • Candidates must submit necessary documents for ID Disnaker processing.
     • PT in Malang will assist with the creation of the ID Disnaker.
   • Passport Processing:
     • PT in Malang will help process the candidate's passport after receiving the ID Disnaker recommendation.

5. Work Visa Processing:

   • After obtaining a passport and passing the medical checkup, the work visa application process will begin.

6. Final Payment for Work Visa (Upon VISA approval):

   • Once the work visa is stamped in the passport, candidates must make the final payment:
     • Men: IDR 17,500,000
     • Women: IDR 16,500,000
   • Payment should be made directly to the PT Jakarta account.

7. Pre-Departure Orientation Program (OPP):

   • A government-mandated orientation for overseas workers will be conducted in Jakarta.
   • The date will be announced later.

8. Departure to Turkiye:

   • Candidates must be ready to depart for Turkiye in March 2025 or by early April 2025 at the latest.
   • PT Jakarta will coordinate the departure, and the flight ticket will be provided.
