Overview
We are seeking a highly talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional design skills and a proven track record of delivering innovative and high-quality projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a diverse range of Mixed-Use, Retail, Hospitality, and Office/Workplace design projects across the APAC region.

• Demonstrate a strong sense of design and attention to detail, ensuring outputs exceed expectations.

• Exhibit a solid understanding of the design process and project brief requirements.
• Support the development of project deliverables and activities throughout all work stages.
• Deliver exceptional work with minimal guidance, showcasing advanced technical and design skills.
• Coordinate and manage third-party collaborators, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

• Contribute as a proactive and supportive team member, maintaining a positive attitude.

• Maintain a professional and responsive approach to clients and consultants.
• Assist senior team members in client presentations and meetings as required.

Skills & Experience Required

• A talented designer with a portfolio that highlights exceptional creativity and innovative thinking.
• Proven experience in designing Mixed-Use, Retail, Hospitality, and Office/Workplace projects.
• Proficiency in Revit (essential), AutoCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, and Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
• Strong eye for detail and ability to deliver and communicate creative solutions effectively to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale projects across all work stages within the APAC region.
• Ability to work both collaboratively in teams and autonomously as needed.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• A degree in a related design field or equivalent certification; professional registration is preferred.
